I have been using SaunaSpace Photon therapy light since December 2021 and am a huge fan. Unlike many of the other Red lights, this is silent and much warmer which is wonderful for the tingling warm feeling. The silence is very beneficial for meditation as well. I really like it in combination with my PEMF GO Mat. It also fits well inside the SaunaSpace Luminati sauna now as a fifth light, and is making that even more dreamy!
