Contiuing to follow my intuition, I have discovered my current favorite at home sauna. I have combined my current absolute favorite LED Red light therapy (RLT) PlatinumLED therapy light with the SaunaSpace photon therapy light the HigherDOSE PEMF GO Mat video review and demonstration AND the full SaunaSpace Luminati! It is literally the ultimate combination, and can be used seemlessly, while still allowing simple removal of the SaunaSpace photon therapy light and/or the PlatinumLED light!!! I used an extra cinch tie from the Photon to hang the carabiner from the upper cross bar across the sauna opening. The pulley which comes with the BioMax 450 allows easy adjustment up and down, and it can be slid around the bar, or pivoted with ease!

I sit either on the stool, or in a meditative posture, and pivot every 5-10 minutes, usually all the lights on, and the PEMF setting at 2 or 3, temp on the matt can be 3 or 4.
It gets hot, but not crazy, not sure the temp inside. After I have copleted the rotation, I sometimes will treat my lower body and do a relieving sauna with head out, the entry fabric draped over neck. It feels amazing on the feet and legs, and the back gets a treat on the PEMF!
